Es wird davon ausgegangen, das der regimekritische Journalist in Schweden vom pakistanischen Geheimdienst ermordet wurde.
Die Trauernden entzündete Kerzen und hielten Blumen, Plakate und
Transparente, mit denen auf das Verschwinden, die politische Situation
in Belutschistan und die Verfolgung von Journalisten aufmerksam gemacht wurde.

پاکستان کی سیاسی تاریخ بالعموم اور پشتونوں کی بالخصوص سیاسی واقعات سے بھری پڑی ہے ۔ جو عوامی حقوق اور حاکمیت کیلئے کی جانے والی انتھک جہدوجہد اور بیمثال قربانیوں کی لازوال داستانیں ھیں۔ خڑکمر شمالی وزیرستان کا واقعہ بھی بابڑہ کی واقعے کی طرح ایک ناقابل فراموش سیاسی سانحہ ہے ۔ گزشتہ سال 26 مئی کو واقع ھونے والے اس خونی اور سیاہ واقعے کے خلاف ایک ہی دن پاکستان کے علاوہ نارتھ امریکہ اور یورپ کے اھم شہروں میں احتجاجی مظاھرے ھوئے تھے۔
خڑکمر کا واقعہ کیا ہے ۔ جب شورش زدہ علاقے میں دہشت گرد کاروائی ھوتی ہے ۔ اس کے فورا بعد سیکورٹی فورسز سرچ آپریشن شروع کرتی ہے ۔ علاقے کو گھیرے میں لیا جاتا ہے غیراعلانیہ کرفیو نافذ کی جاتی ہے اور گھر گھر تلاشی لی جاتی ہے ۔ اور عملا ھر شہری کے ساتھ دھشتگردوں جیسا سلوک روا رکھا جاتا ہے ۔ اس سلسلے میں عوام گوناگوں مشکلات اور مسائل سے دوچار ھیں اور بیشمار شکایات کی انبار ہے ۔
عوامی مشکلات اور مسائل کو سمجھے کیلئے گزشتہ پیر کے روز عیدک شمالی وزیرستان میں سرکاری گاڑی پر ریموٹ کنٹرول بم دھماکہ کی مثال لیں۔ دھماکہ میں ایک فوجی ھلاک تین زخمی ھوتے ھیں۔ دھماکہ کے فورا بعد راہ چلتے راہگیروں اور گاڑیوں پر اندھادھند فائرنگ ھوتی ہے ۔ کوچ ڈرائیور موقع پر ھلاک اور مسافر زخمی ھوتے ھیں ۔ قریبی مدرسہ میں گھس کر مسجد کے اندر اعتکاف میں بیٹھے افراد پر فائرنگ سے ایک شہری ھلاک اور کئی زخمی ھوجاتے ھیں۔ سوشل میڈیا پر عینی شاھدین مثلا زخمیوں کے ویڈیوز اور آڈیوز موجود ھیں۔
خڑکمر شمالی وزیرستان کا واقعہ کچھ یوں ہے کہ علاقہ ڈوگہ مچہ مداخیل کے رہائشیوں کو سرچ آپریشن کے دوران غیرانسانی سلوک اور زیادتیوں کی شکایات تھی ۔ عوام نے سیکورٹی فورسز کی زیادتیوں کےخلاف 25 مئی 2019 کو دھرنا دیا۔ اگلے دن علاقے کا ایم این اے محسن داوڑ ایک اور ساتھی ایم این اے علی وزیر کے ھمراہ مظاھرین کی فریاد سننے اور دادرسی کی غرض سے ان کے پاس جانے کی کوشش کرتے ھیں ۔ پہلے تو انکو آگے جانے نہیں دیتے ۔ جب وہ آگے بڑھ جاتے ھیں تو پھر قریبی چیک پوسٹ سے ایم این اے کے قافلے پر اندھادھند فائرنگ کی جاتی ہے۔
سیکورٹی فورسز کی فائرنگ سے چودہ افراد ھلاک اور چوبیس زخمی ھوئے۔ علی وزیر ایم این اے کو موقع پر گرفتار کیاجاتا ہے جبکہ محسن بعد میں۔ سرکار کا دعوی تھا کہ مظاھرین نے سیکورٹی فورسز پر حملہ کیا مگر حملے میں نہتے شہری تو مارے گئے مگر فورسز کا ایک بندہ زخمی تک نہیں ھوا۔ یادرہے کہ شمال وزیرستان میں عوام کے پاس اب اسلحہ نہیں ۔ فوجی آپریشن کے دوران عوام سے اسلحہ جمع کیا گیا ہے ۔
اس واقعے کے حوالے سے بہت سے سوالات جواب طلب ھیں ۔ دنیا بھر میں سیکوریٹی فورسز پر حملہ ایک سنگین جرم سمجھا جاتا ہے اور ایسے حملے کرنے والوں کو سخت ترین سزائیں ملتی ھیں ۔ اس طرح اگر حملہ بیرونی سازش ھو یا اس میں بیرونی ھاتھ ملوث ھو تو اسے بے نقاب کیا جاتا ہے ۔ مگر بیرونی سازشیں بےبنیاد الزامات اور بھونڈے پروپیگنڈے سے نہیں ٹھوس حقائق سے بے نقاب ھوتی ہے ۔ پاکستانی عوام اور عوامی نمائیندے باربار اس واقعے کی تحقیقات کا مطالبہ کررہے ھیں اور اس سانحے کی برسی پر بھی یہ مطالبہ دوہرایا جارہا ہے ۔
اگر سیکورٹی فورسز پر حملے کی جھوٹی کہانی کو سچ مان بھی لیا جائے تو ریاست کے پاس تمام زرائع موجود ھیں اور پرزور عوامی مطالبہ بھی ہے کہ واقعے کی آزادانہ تحقیقات کرائی جائے تو تحقیقات سے اجتناب کیوں ؟ سانحے میں ھلاک اور زخمی باغی شہریوں کیلئے معاوضے کا اعلان کیوں کیا گیا ؟ دو منتخب اراکین اسمبلی جو مظاھرین کی داد رسی کیلئے جاتے ھیں انھیں گرفتار کیا جاتا ہے جبکہ فائرنگ کرنے والے مظاھرین کا کیا بنا ؟ اتنے بڑے واقعے کی عدالتی کاروائی کس مرحلے پر ہے ؟ پشتون تحفظ مومینٹ کے علاوہ ملکی اور بین القوامی انسانی حقوق تنظیمیوں کی واقعے کی آزادانہ اور غیرجانبدارنہ تحقیقات کے مطالبے کے باوجود اس سے گریز کیوں اور دودھ کا دودھ اور پانی کا پانی ھونے سے کون ڈر رہا ہے! ۔
ایسے واقعات کے حوالے سے تین ریاستی رویئے اھم ھیں ۔ ایک تو ان سانحات کی آزادانہ تحقیقات سے گریز کیاجاتا ہے اور الٹا ان واقعات اور حقائق کو دبانے کی بھرپور کوشش کی جاتی ہے ۔ دوسرا ریاستی ادارے ان سانحات سے سبق سیکھنے اور عوامی مسائل اور مشکلات کو مذاکرات اور بات چیت کے زریعے حل کرنے اور ان کی مناسب دادرسی کی بجائے طاقت کی استعمال کو ترجیع دیتے ہے ۔ تیسرا عموما ایک بلنڈر یعنی فاش غلطی کو چھپانے کیلئے کئی اور فاش غلطیاں کی جاتی ہے جس سے معاملات حل ھونے کی بجائے مزید سنگین اور عوامی غم وغصے میں اضافہ ھوجاتا ہے ۔
پشتون تحفظ مومینٹ کے ابھرنے کی ایک اھم وجہ شورش زدہ علاقوں میں دھشتگرد کاروائیوں کے بعد سیکورٹی فورسز کا عوام کے ساتھ غیر انسانی اور ھتک آمیز رویہ بھی تھا۔ اور سرچ آپریشن کے نام پر عوام کو بیجا تنگ کرنے اور سیکورٹی فورسز کی زیادتیوں کا خاتمہ پی ٹی ایم کا ایک اھم مطالبہ ہے ۔ اگر پی ٹی ایم کو بزور دبانے کی بجائے اس کو سنجیدگی سے سنا جاتا اور اس کی مطالبات کی مناسب شنوائی ھوتی تو خڑکمر واقعے جیسے واقعات نہیں ھوتے۔ ھٹ دھرمی کی وجہ سے ریاست نہ تو عوامی مطالبات کو سننے کیلئے تیار ہے اور نہ اصلاح احوال کیلئے ۔
طاقت کے گھمنڈ اور نشے میں ریاستی ادارے شہریوں کے بنیادی حقوق اور مسلمہ اصول انصاف سے روگردانی یا قانون کو تو ھاتھ میں لے لیتے ھیں لیکن یہ بھول جاتے ھیں کہ عوام سنگین زیادتیاں اور بے انصافیاں بھولتے نہیں اور یہ ناخوشگوار واقعات قوموں کی اجتماعی شعور کا حصہ بن جاتی ہے اور مدتوں یاد رہتی ھیں ۔ انگریز سامراج نہیں رہا مگر قصہ خوانی کی شھدا ء کی یادیں تازہ ھیں ۔ سانحہ بابڑہ کے ذمہ دار کردار نہیں رہے مگر شھداء بابڑہ کا دن ھر سال منایا جاتا ہے ۔

صوبائی وزیر برائے انسانی حقوق اور مزہبی ہم آہنگی جناب اعجاز عالم کی فیصل آباد میں رُکن صوبائی اسمبلی طاہر جمیل کی جنسی زیادتی کا نشانہ بننے والی بچی صائمہ کے گھرآمد ۔

واقعہ کی تمام تر تفصیلات متعلقہ SPاور IO سے طلب کی جس میں بتایا گیا کہ بچی کا بہنوئی ملزمان کے ساتھ مل کر منفی کردار ادا کر رہا ہے اور خاندان پر صُلح کے لیے پریشر ڈالا جا رہا ہے اور بچی کے والد کو بھی زبردستی صُلح کے لیے راضی کرنے کے لیے نا معلوم مقام پر لے گیا ہے۔ان تمام تر تفصیلات کے بعد منسٹر اعجاز عالم نے پولیس افسران کو فوری طور پر ملزمان اور بچی کے بہنوئی کو گرفتار کرنے اور اُس کے والد کو بھی پیش کرنے کا حکم دے دیا ہے ۔پاکستان کرسچن ٹائم سے بات کرتے ہوئے منسٹر صاحب نے بتایا کہ میں خود جا کر بچی کے خاندان اور دارلامان میں بچی سے مل کر آیا ہوں بچی بہت دباؤ کا شکار نظر آئی اور اُس سے 164 کا بیان بھی ریکارڈکروا دیا ہے جس میں اُس نے اپنے ساتھ ہونے والے تمام تر واقعہ کو بیان کیا ہے
وزیر اعجاز عالم نے مزید بات کرتے ہوئے بتایا کہ قصورواروں کو کیفر کردار تک پہنچا ئے گے ساتھ اُنہوں پنجاب حکومت کی جانب سے بچی کے لیے مالی امداد کا بھی اعلان کیا جو جلد اُس کے خاندان تک پُہنچا دی جائے گی۔

London (Republican News) Baloch Republican Party and World Baloch Organization are holding an awareness campaign in different cities of United Kingdom.
BRP and WBO in a joint statement said that enforced disappearances of Baloch, Sindhi, Pashtun and other minorities is escalating on a daily basis.As a part of the campaign, billboards were put up outside the Lord Stadium which were tore apart by the goons who were accompanying Pakistan Army Chief Qamar Javid Bajwa and ISPR spokesman Asif Ghafoor.
They further said in the statement while assuring its continuation in the future that posters were also displayed near Middle-way junction, Haden Circus roundabout, Soho Hill, Newton Road, Warwick Road, Park Regis Hotel and all around the Birmingham Stadium while there was a match between New Zealand and Pakistan.

I am Sammi Baloch. I am that Sammi which you had seen while doing press conference at Quetta Press Club 10 years ago, or I had been doing protest demonstrations and raising voice for the recovery of my father in other areas of Balochistan.
Later we conducted protest demonstrations and hunger strike camps in Quetta, Karachi; the biggest cities of Pakistan, or at Islamabad; the capital of Paksitan. Whether it was the train march or the long march of more than 2,500 kilometers, I did them for the recovery of my father.
I had gone to Supreme Court and High Court, presented before them, submitted the petition. I had sent letter to UN but unfortunately I was ignored every time. I used all possible attempts for my father, all those attempts which could be for the recovery of my father were used.
Today, this process completed its 10 years. Ten years. Might be, the word ten years is easy to pronounce. But in these 10 years, we have passed days, nights in waiting that the news about my father’s well being would come. With a distance from the love and affection of my father, deprivation from the presence of father, we have faced countless troubles in the absence of my father.
We faced different types of issues. We passed the happy days of my life in front of the press clubs. After the abduction of our father, a child was living in the childhood, in that age we had the responsibilities of our home over our shoulders.
On 28th June 2009, not only my father got abducted, detained in torture cells, but after the disappearance of father, my whole family had been living such a life that was not a life less than being in a torture cell. My father’s disappearance is a trauma for my whole family that has caused several mental and physical illnesses.
After raising voice for my father’s recovery, Paksitan considered us a threat for itself too. We were threatened. When we did not withdraw, then it occupied our house. We are living such a home-by-home life that could not be described by me in words.
If my father had done such an action against the state which was harmful for it, then detaining him in torture cells for 10 years, to compel his family to live a torturous life, isn’t his punishment over now. In these 10 years, after knocking doors of all justice institutions of Pakistan, we understood one thing that Pakistan’s courts cannot provide us justice.
Those hopes which we had over the human rights organization, in these 10 years, after ignoring the issue of missing persons, we are also being disappointed. As the years are increasing, the life of our missing persons is going under further danger.
If my father’s life gets harm in the torture cells of Paksitan, then all human rights organizations including Pakistan will be responsible for it, because due to their silence, my father’s life faced danger.
The issue of missing persons is a very serious issue. It is not the issue of Balochistan only but the entire humanity is included in it. I appeal to all humanists to raise voice for the recovery of the missing persons, because your voice might be the factor of recovery of our missing beloved one day. Might be by your voice we get our people back… Thank you.

Today it is the 10th year that my husband is detailed in the torture cells. In these days, I did not know how to handle my children. My children were very young, very very young. Other kids celebrated Eid with their parents on Eid days but my kids were at press clubs on Eid days even. Other kids were celebrating but my one kids was sitting in Karachi and other was at Quetta. Whether these were winter or summer days my children were sitting in front of press club in the warm Islamabad. Nether they had meals or water. They were sitting in the hunger strike camps.
Unit this day I am not listening any news about their father. It has been 10 years now that we heard a single thing about his life or my children would be happy that we received news about our father. Till today how I grown up my kids, I myself have been very ill, I had lots of illness. I was worried that I grown up my kids, send my children to press clubs for their father or I be worried about my illness.
Till 10 years, till today, I did not see happiness in my home nor were my kids relaxed in their house. My children were at home but were worried. My children were at press clubs. They even could not get proper education and life.
it is the 10th year, till this age, they don’t know that where is their father, in which torture cells he is detained, their father is alive or God forbid been killed, till today they had not get a single news in this regard. What they speak about their father till today and whom to ask about their father. We had gone to many people but they had said that they had no information about their father. How don’t you have information? You have taken their father. You definitely have information about him.
Bring their father. Surface their father. There are courts. Bring their father to the courts. If their father has committed any crime, any sin but do bring him and surface him.
I am Sammi Baloch. I am that Sammi which you had seen while doing press conference at Quetta Press Club 10 years ago, or I had been doing protest demonstrations and raising voice for the recovery of my father in other areas of Balochistan.

Later we conducted protest demonstrations and hunger strike camps in Quetta, Karachi; the biggest cities of Pakistan, or at Islamabad; the capital of Paksitan. Whether it was the train march or the long march of more than 2,500 kilometers, I did them for the recovery of my father.
I had gone to Supreme Court and High Court, presented before them, submitted the petition. I had sent letter to UN but unfortunately I was ignored every time. I used all possible attempts for my father, all those attempts which could be for the recovery of my father were used.
Today, this process completed its 10 years. Ten years. Might be, the word ten years is easy to pronounce. But in these 10 years, we have passed days, nights in waiting that the news about my father’s well being would come. With a distance from the love and affection of my father, deprivation from the presence of father, we have faced countless troubles in the absence of my father.
We faced different types of issues. We passed the happy days of my life in front of the press clubs. After the abduction of our father, a child was living in the childhood, in that age we had the responsibilities of our home over our shoulders.
On 28th June 2009, not only my father got abducted, detained in torture cells, but after the disappearance of father, my whole family had been living such a life that was not a life less than being in a torture cell. My father’s disappearance is a trauma for my whole family that has caused several mental and physical illnesses.
After raising voice for my father’s recovery, Paksitan considered us a threat for itself too. We were threatened. When we did not withdraw, then it occupied our house. We are living such a home-by-home life that could not be described by me in words.
If my father had done such an action against the state which was harmful for it, then detaining him in torture cells for 10 years, to compel his family to live a torturous life, isn’t his punishment over now. In these 10 years, after knocking doors of all justice institutions of Pakistan, we understood one thing that Pakistan’s courts cannot provide us justice.
Those hopes which we had over the human rights organization, in these 10 years, after ignoring the issue of missing persons, we are also being disappointed. As the years are increasing, the life of our missing persons is going under further danger.
If my father’s life gets harm in the torture cells of Paksitan, then all human rights organizations including Pakistan will be responsible for it, because due to their silence, my father’s life faced danger.
The issue of missing persons is a very serious issue. It is not the issue of Balochistan only but the entire humanity is included in it. I appeal to all humanists to raise voice for the recovery of the missing persons, because your voice might be the factor of recovery of our missing beloved one day. Might be by your voice we get our people back… Thank you.

Bullet-riddled dead body of a man has been discovered from Barkhan area of Balochistan on Sunday.
Bullet-riddled dead body of a man has been discovered from Barkhan area of Balochistan on Sunday.
According to details received by The Balochistan Post, bullet-riddled dead body was found from Rakni area in District Barkhan.
Local rescue teams reached the site and moved the dead body to the hospital for identification.
This is the 4th dead body recovered in Balochistan today, early morning the dead body of a political party leader along with two others were found from a beach in Pasni.
The bodies found in Pasni were of lovals who had gone for fishing few days ago but had not been heard of since then. It is believed their boat drowned due to bad weather.
Thousands of decomposed and mutilated dead bodies have been found from different parts of Balochistan in last decade, many of which have later been identified as those of the missing persons.
Voice for Baloch Missing Persons, a campaign group by the families of Baloch missing persons, allege that Pakistani secret services kill and dump the bodies of missing activists in remote areas.
